Your Guide
As a Certified Wine Educator, Advanced Sommelier, and 20-year industry veteran, I’ve spent my entire career focused on wine — studying, teaching, and (most importantly) continuing to learn.
See below for our upcoming education classes and experiences. As a consummate student myself, these are a distillation of everything I’ve found to be the most helpful, intuitive way to train your senses and make wine finally click.

"I would absolutely recommend this to anyone curious about what it is they like some wines and not others. I loved it so much I gave it as a gift to someone I love drinking wine with."

"Knowing your palate for what you treasure in wine is different than just flying by the seat of your pants on other people's recommendations. If your curious about what it is that draws you back to a wine, this process and Liz's ability to communicate will solve that problem."

"My favorite part of palate mapping was the one-on-one interaction with Liz. You have to know your wine to do what she does and she was amazing at listening to me and then moving me through her suggestions."
