A quieter companion to the wine bar. Built on the same values as our wine program: care for producers, thoughtful sourcing, and time at the table. Featuring distinguished roasters from around the world and single origin teas curated with a sommelier mindset.

Meet Jae
Coffee Curator
Jae’s obsession with coffee began his freshman year of college, when a new friend brewed a pour-over in a dorm room at midnight. In that moment, coffee stopped being merely fuel and became something richer—shaped by craft, history, and the way it draws people together. That curiosity set him on a path through cafés and restaurants, working as a barista and café manager, and eventually discovering a deep love for wine and hospitality. Now, he’s excited to continue that journey with Camino, helping create a place for the Overbrook and Greenville community to pause, gather, and learn, one cup at a time, about the joys of thoughtfully prepared coffee and tea.

Featured Roaster
Mammoth Coffee — New Orleans
Jonathan and Darlene Riethmaier founded Mammoth Espresso, then just a café, back in 2016 to showcase quality coffee and service in New Orleans’ Warehouse District. After a few years of success, they began looking to the future of their business. In 2021, they decided to begin roasting their own coffee not only to gain more control of the quality and taste in the final cup, but to increase opportunities for their employees, opening spaces to learn new skills and venture into new career paths. Now, Mammoth roasts coffee for shops all over the country, including ours.
